If you want us to make repairs, exchange stones or rebuild or refurbish your existing jewelry, please ship it to us with 1) adequate insurance coverage, 2) specific written directions of what you’d like done – even if we have spoken by phone, 3) a contact name along with a phone number and/or email address, and 4) your preferred method of payment (PayPal account or credit card information).
Please complete the repairs request form and send it with your jewelry for repair.
All repairs must be paid in full prior to return shipment.
